Mondays and Wednesdays at 10:00 am. (all taught by Claudette Lee)

Fall 2010 Fitness Schedule
Begins Monday, August 30, 2010
(All classes will be taught by Michele Troutman until October--then we will have a new ZUMBA instructor--Trisha TenHagen--for some of our classes.)

10-10:30am CORE Fitness

8-9pm ZUMBA (with low lights and Disco Ball--Party Night!)
Friday Mornings
9-10am Senior Fitness (A class specially designed for the more "mature" population. You will get a great workout, toning, and cardio exercise--but at your own pace. Give it a try--You will like it & feel the results!)
What is ZUMBA? Experience an absolute blast in 60 exhilarating minutes of caloric burning, heart racing, muscle pumping, body energizing movements meant to engage and captivate for life! The routines feature interval training sessions where fast & slow rhythms and resistance training are combined to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat. Add some Latin flavor and International zest into the mix and you've got ZUMBA. FUN and Easy to Do! (Studies show that a person can burn between 500 and 1000 calories during a 60 minute ZUMBA workout.)
What is CORE Fitness? In these classes you will use a fitness ball to help you shape, tone and strengthen your "core", get rid of those "muffin tops" and thighten those "abs". This 1/2 hour workout will get you on your way feeling your very best. You will feel the burn and see the results. Really.
New Pricing & Policies
With the start of the new school year, we will be re-structuring the pricing and policies of our Fitness Program. The new program takes effect on August 30, 2010.
Anyone who currenly has a ZUMBA/CORE punchcard will still be able to use the previous system until their card expires, 6 months from the date of purchase. Each class (ZUMBA, CORE, Senior Fitness) will count as one class, and one punch will be applied to your card.
We are re-structuring the pricing policy for two reasons. One is for you--to help motivate you to come to class regularly, work out consistently, and to see the results in your body and health. The other is for our hardworking instructors. Researching and comparing other fitness classes in the West Michigan area helped us to see that our prices were well below the average. Our fitness instructors are hardworking, dedicated individuals who deserve a competitive compensation for their work and dedication. Our classes will still be affordable and below the average cost for fitness classes in the area, but prices are going up a bit. We are sure you will still find that the results are well worth the money spent.
As always--the first fitness class is free for anyone who lives locally. (Fennville, Pullman, Hamilton, Douglas, Saugatuck, Allegan, South Haven, Grand Junction, Holland, Zeeland). Of course, we hope to hook you and make you love ZUMBA, CORE or Senior Fitness. We hope you will come back and continue your fitness classes. For those of you just passing through the area and wanting to drop in and get a workout--the cost is $7.00 per class.

Drop In Fee: $7 per class
60 minute classes
1 class per week: $20 for one month (starting at the date of purchase)
2 classes per week: $35 for one month (starting at the date of purchase)
30 minute classes
1 class per week: $15 for one month (starting at the date of purchase)
2 classes per week: $24 for one month (starting at the date of purchase)
Unlimited Fitness Classes for 1 month: $45 (starting at the date of purchase)
Discovery Fit Club:
This group meets every week to discuss fitness goals, roadblocks, solutions, emotions, exercise, and overall weight loss and fitness information. Group support is given to everyone; we want every individual to succeed in their weight loss and fitness goals. The fall schedule has not been set yet. Please call or check our website periodically for updates. (269) 355-0562. There is no cost to be part of this group. Donations may be given for the Discovery Dance Scholarship Fund.
